A meal for a monkey

Ish has been paying more attention to his stuffed animals lately. He has taken a shine to two of them in particular. One is a soft little stuffed Snoopy - he likes to rub the soft fur against his cheeks. The other is a tough little monkey from Gymboree. He's portable and sturdy and he is Ish's new BFF. He even insists on dining with the chap. Here he is sharing some cereal with his new buddy.

Winter Wardrobe

I bought a cute new hat for Ish. I would love to get a cute little photo of him smiling and looking directly at the camera and modeling his latest digs. I think taking pictures of wild monkeys would be easier. These are the best I could do!

The Toddler Tree

Notice anything "off" about this tree?

We decorated from about 3 feet up this year. Ish is an ornament stealer. And you can just barely make out our tree skirt in this picture - it's cute - has little snowmen on it. It is now on top of our entertainment center because a certain short-person can't seem to keep his grubby little hands off of it and insists on whipping it out from under the tree every chance he gets.

He is so on the naughty list this year!

First Snowfall of the Season

Ish looks so innocent here, doesn't he? Looks like he's admiring our first snowfall of the season. Truth is, Ish likes to hang out and play by the garbage can in the kitchen (because he's weird like that). He also likes to chew on the wood framing of the porch door (because he's weird like that). Those two activities = this picture. Norman Rockwell it ain't.

Ish has a new buddy!

Her name is Maryann - she is his latest cousin! She was born yesterday and is 5lbs 9oz, 18 inches long. She's so petite and cute!
