HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!

I am thankful today for family and friends - especially my healthy baby boy. I am thankful for my job, my home and to live in the greatest country in the world. I am also thankful that Ish is giving us a marathon nap this morning!

I couldn't resist

I saw these at Old Navy and had to buy them. Red monkey Christmas pajamas - they scream ISH!!!! And P.S. - I did not coordinate his paci for this photo shoot!

Working it out...Gymboree Style

Mommy and Daddy took me to a birthday party at Gymboree - they had tunnels there - I LOVE TUNNELS!!!

I let daddy help me down the slide (I could probably do it myself - but why take away daddy's joy)

These wooden blocks wouldn't come off this climbing wall. I'm going to have to work hard on these.

Here I am entertaining daddy again - he exhausts me!

I didn't like that this tunnel was in the middle of the room - I had to move it.

Here I am getting ready for the music parade. My instrument doubled as a weapon.

After all my hard work moving this tunnel, I decided to enjoy a few run throughs.

I don't know why my mother takes pictures of my butt.

Hey now, that's a good looking baby!

Hmm, should I have them change my diaper now or later...decisions, decisions.

Babies can't jump very high - thank goodness daddy was taller than the hoop.

After a great workout, I celebrated with a brownie. Doesn't everyone?

Matthew & The Mouse

I know what you were thinking - Mickey. Nope, not that mouse. Today was Matthew's first party at Chuck E. Cheese (cousin Jake's 3rd birthday - Happy Birthday Jake!).

One of the first things we had to do was make sure Ish made his appearance on Chuck TV.

Then it was off to practice his driving skills with Chuck.

Cousin Alex hitched a ride with Ish in his cool blue sports car.

This kid LOVES pizza - so Ish and Chuck E. Cheese is a match made in heaven.

By the end of the party this kid was in a trance. But it made taking his picture pretty easy!

Tomorrow we have a party at Gymboree. Ish has a very full social calendar!

Wish List Wednesday - The Holiday Edition

I don't care what anyone else thinks - I LOVE LOVE LOVE that the Christmas season seems to start earlier and earlier every year. And so, I give you Wishlist Wednesday - The Holiday Edition.

I would love to take Ish to see the tree at Rockefeller Center. I know he would be bored out of his mind within 10 seconds of seeing the tree, but I think he would get a kick out of the hustle and bustle of NYC.

Even though I have lived in NY my whole life, I have never seen the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. I would like to.

Christmas means holiday coffee at Starbucks. I would like to be able to try all of them at least once.

And finally, the only thing on my list for Santa this year - winning lottery numbers! I really hope I get this one!!!

My kid is weird.

Of the entire second floor that we baby-proofed and made safe for young Ish - he prefers to play in the confinement of chair legs. I don't stop him because, well, look how happy he is!

And don't worry, he knows how to get in and out like a pro (although sometimes he "ducks" too early and smashes his head on the leg bar, but never does any damage - to himself or the chair)
