Well, it could've been worse. We got about 15 inches of heavy white snow as Nemo passed through our town on its way to wreak havoc in MA and RI. We kept power and we were able to dig out just fine this morning, so like I said, it could've been worse! And after a snow-day lunch of mac and cheese and hot dogs, we hit the hills of the school yard for some sledding this afternoon. Matthew was out-of-his-mind excited about it.
Even Noah was psyched.
Maryann joined us for the afternoon too.
These three bananas really had a blast.
My dad even tried to get in on the fun. But he wiped out halfway down the hill on his first run and gave up.
Matthew would have stayed out all day if we let him. But the promise of hot chocolate lured him and the other two maniacs inside.
Now that we've had our fun, I need a few days of above-freezing weather to get rid of all this stuff. Those stinkin' groundhogs promised me an early spring and that's what I want!

Oh my goodness! Looks like so much fun! I would have been freaking out at so much!
Looks like you guys had some fun in the snow!!!
Holy buckets. You guys definitely have more snow than us. We only got a few inches over the weekend and a little rain mixed with that.
The kids look like they're having a BLAST!
Well, Nemo sure hit us...we got about 2 feet!! Thankfully we too did not lose power. The kids had a blast but I am ready for it all to be melted away!
