The View From Up Here

Ish's new favorite way to travel. Easier to ignore mommy and her camera from up there apparently.

10 Months Old

He is officially a "Little Tot" - at least according to the nice people at the Danbury Mall.
His driving skills are improving nicely - he's now driving at a 12-month-old level!
He has graduated to the big people pool - and with that comes a giant rubber ducky.
He's not too crazy about the whole "in-the-water-without-a-flotation-device" - one day he will realize that mommy and daddy are his flotation device.
Happy 10-months Bubba!!!

Wish List Wednesday

Since Wish List Wednesdays are all the rage in the blogger world, I'll play along today!
I would love to get Ish this playset (and the huge backyard that we would need for it!):
I would also love to hire Mr. Belvedere - I think he would be quite helpful around the house:
I think every new parent's wish is to put Dr. Ferber on the payroll (he can train Mr. Belvedere to put his plan into action! And doesn't he look like a nice guy (and a little like Richard Dreyfuss) - he looks like he would be more than happy to help out!):My final wish for today is to freeze time, right about here:
I believe the other hot blogger fad is Thankful Thursdays. I just might play along with that too.

Foul Ball!

Mommy and Daddy went to Citi Field to see the Mets play the Dodgers - without me!!
They got to hang out at the cool new stadium.
And they had special tickets to get into the Caeser's Club.
They even had ice cream - WITH SPRINKLES!!
And all they brought me back was this plastic hat. Seriously, what am I supposed to do with this?? There wasn't even any ice cream left in it. So not fair!
Oh well, at least the Mets won that game!

4th of July by Ish

Like every red-blooded American boy I had to showcase my new baseball hat on the 4th (even though mommy says the Mets stink lately, I'll still wear the hat because I think I look cute!)
Here's me and Grandpa playing "Who can not smile the longest" - I can't remember who won.
There was a stand-up bathtub-type-thingie at the bbq. Mommy didn't make me wash my hair and no one was yelling at me to sit down, so I liked it better than the regular bath.
Here I am in my swimming trunks. Clearly I need to hit the gym.
This pool-thing they made me go in was too much like a bath - except about 4000 degrees colder. Not sure why I was being punished, but I hope I never see that thing again!!
I was told they had these things called Fireworks - but that was way past my bedtime. I need my beauty sleep. Maybe next year!
